Submitting a form or receiving an enquiry reference does not reserve capacity or create a transport booking. Prices, service scope, cargo acceptance, responsibilities and the applicable contract terms must be confirmed in a written quotation and booking.
Service availability
Website descriptions outline the services we can assess. They do not guarantee availability for every commodity, country or route. Network locations may represent hubs, warehouses, partner arrangements or service destinations. Transport and handling are provided under the arrangements confirmed for the specific shipment.
Accurate cargo information
Please provide a complete and accurate commodity description, weight, dimensions, packaging and any special handling requirements. Dangerous goods, batteries, temperature-sensitive goods and restricted items require disclosure and written acceptance before dispatch.
Schedules and charges
Indicative transit times are subject to the quoted assumptions and operating conditions. Customs, inspections, capacity, weather and other disruptions may affect a movement. Duties, taxes, storage, insurance and other charges are included only where expressly agreed.
Documentation and restrictions
Shipments must comply with the requirements applicable to the goods, route and parties involved. We may decline a request or ask for additional documentation where acceptance cannot be established. Do not send cargo to a network location without a confirmed receiving instruction.
Insurance and liability
Transport liability is not the same as full cargo insurance. Ask about available insurance arrangements and review the liability terms in the quotation and applicable contract before booking.
Sourcing and custom production
Purchasing authority, product specifications, testing, supplier payments, sample approval and manufacturing commitments require a separate written agreement. Website content does not itself authorise a purchase or guarantee a product’s suitability.
