Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we collect the contact, company, shipment and message details you enter. We also process a hashed representation of your connection address and short-lived security tokens to limit abuse and verify submissions. Please do not provide payment credentials, identity documents or unrelated sensitive information.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to understand your request, contact you, assess possible services and prepare a quotation. We use technical security data to protect the form and investigate misuse. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Processing and sharing
The website and company email use our hosting and email providers. If your request needs input from an overseas carrier, warehouse, supplier or handling partner, the relevant shipment details may be shared to assess or arrange the requested service. We aim to limit shared information to what that purpose requires.
Retention
The protected website copy of an enquiry is scheduled for deletion after 90 days. Short-lived anti-abuse records are retained for up to 24 hours. Enquiry emails and any resulting commercial records may be kept longer where needed to handle the request, perform agreed services or meet applicable obligations.
Your choices
You can contact us to ask about your information, correct it or request deletion where appropriate. Rights and any exceptions depend on the applicable data-protection rules and the circumstances. You may also contact the relevant supervisory authority about concerns.
Cookies and external content
The public website does not include advertising or analytics trackers. Its form uses automatic security checks, without requiring an advertising cookie. Security
We use HTTPS, server-side validation, restricted storage and abuse controls for the enquiry service. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Send sensitive shipping documents only through a channel agreed with our team.
